Received a damaged wristband? Reach out to wcsmokeout@leye.com with proof of receipt, image of the damaged wristband, and your confirmation number. 

Waiting on your wristband? The tracking link you received from FrontGate will have the most up-to-date information. If you still have not received your wristband by festival weekend, you may pick up a replacement at the Box Office.
