Perfect Practice Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.  

How to play: Starting at 10:00 AM CST on September 6, 2021 and ending at 10:00 AM CST September 7, 2021, enter for a chance to win a Perfect Putting Mat-Standard Edition from Perfect Practice with a total approximate value of $189.00 by following Windy City Smokeout @windycitysmokeout, and Perfect Practice @perfectpracticegolf on Instagram.  Participants must tag a friend in the comments of the Windy City Smokeout Instagram page @windycitysmokeout (Promotion Site”) at the Perfect Practice post shared on September 6, 2021.

The winner will be chosen randomly on or about September 7, 2021 and notified by Instagram message.  Prize does not include travel, transportation or accommodations of any kind. The total approximate value of the prize is $189.00. 

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified September 7, 2021 by 5:00 PM CST by Instagram message with all required details.  The winner will be required to respond within 24 hours of sent message time.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices.  If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize shall be considered forfeited and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to choose an alternate winner.  Not redeemable for cash, refund or credit of any kind.  Prize is not transferable.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages.  Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.  Each Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION.  REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
